The Cafe at Independence Grove is yet another
treasure
available to beach patrons, bikers, boaters
and walkers alike.
The varied menu offers Freshly Grilled Sandwiches,
"Create Your Own Deli Sandwiches", Gourmet Salads
with Homemade Dressings, Thin Crust Pizza,
Beverages, Snacks and wonderful meals designed
especially for Children.
Seating for The Cafe has views that are second to none.
The covered North Terrace of the Visitor's Center and the
air-conditioned indoor Cafe overlook the Independence
Grove Beach and Marina. For those who prefer to be
"seaside", you may also sit at the umbrella tables and
chairs located on the Observation Deck and view the
spectacular sights on the beach and in the water.
The Cafe is open 7 days/week (except for "inclement
weather" days), from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and
selected weekends before and after.
